BROWNIE SHERBET PIE 
1 (12.9-15 oz.) pkg. chewy fudge brownie mix
1 pt. lemon sherbet
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 pt. lime sherbet
1 pt. raspberry sherbet
1/8 lb. white or chocolate flavored candy coating

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for traditional brownies. Spread batter evenly in 10-inch deep-dish pie plate. Place in microwave on saucer. Microwave at 50% (medium) for 6 minutes, rotating once. Microwave at high for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes longer, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and no uncooked batter remains on bottom.

Center, rotating once. (Top surface may appear moist in several areas, but will dry during standing.) Let brownies stand directly on the counter top until completely cool.

Remove cover from lemon sherbet. Microwave at 50% for 30 seconds to soften. Spread evenly over brownies. Top with scoops of orange, lime, and raspberry sherbet.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
