JOEL'S PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM 
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Milk

Cream (soften) peanut butter in top of double boiler. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar and can milk. Add peanut butter and pour in freezer. Then, fill 3/4 full with milk.
