LIGHT PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM
PIE
 
1 1/2 oz. crispy cold cereal
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
2 c. light ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)

Melt 3 tablespoons peanut butter and honey in microwave on high for about 20 seconds. Stir in cereal. Mix well. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Soften 1 tablespoon peanut butter and soften ice cream. Mix them together. Spread over crust in pie pan. Put into freezer to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
