1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
Combine above ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons crumbs for garnish. Press remaining crumbs firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Chill at least 45 minutes. 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Soften vanilla ice cream. Fold in peanut butter, then fold in whipping cream, whipped. Quickly spoon mixture into crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs around edge. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
