PEANUT BUTTER ICE-CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. whipping cream OR
1 c. Cool Whip
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter

Mix together crumbs, sugar, and butter and use as a crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Whip whipping cream and vanilla ice cream until soft. Fold in peanut butter and pour mixture into crust.

Freeze until firm (about 5 hours). Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
