PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 chocolate cookie pie crust

In a large bowl, whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter using electric mixer at medium speed.

Fold Cool Whip into the mixture by hand. Turn mixture into pie crust. Chill.
