PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. XXXX sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
8 oz. container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 chocolate cookie crust

Cream together cream cheese, XXXX sugar, and peanut butter. Add Cool Whip and blend with mixer until smooth. Pour into a prepared chocolate pie crust and refrigerate until firm. (Save a few chocolate crumbs from the edge of the crust to sprinkle over the top before refrigerating.)
