APPLE - GLAZED SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs
1 jar (15 oz.) applesauce
1/4 c. brown sugar or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate ribs in mixture for 2 to 3 hours or longer. Place ribs in single layer on foil covered broiler pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
