GLAZED APPLE RINGS 
1/4 c. butter
4 apples, cored & sliced in 1/2" rings
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Heat butter in skillet. Fry apple rings, turning once until browned. Mix lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and cook until tender and glazed.
