LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring

Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients well, pour over hot crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes more. Cool, then cut into squares. Serves 25 to 30.
