PASTA ALL' AGLIO 
1 lb. thin spaghetti
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Boil water and cook pasta according to directions. In a large frying pan, saute garlic and hot pepper in oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain pasta and add to pan. Toss with oil; add parsley and grated Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly. Heat for 1 minute and serve immediately.

Can add other sauteed vegetables or seafood to your liking.
