ROAST HERBED PORK LOIN 
1 whole pork tenderloin, 5-6 lb.
3 bay leaves, crushed
Kitchen Bouquet
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 stick butter
3 tsp. thyme
2 cloves garlic

Mix butter, thyme, crushed bay leaves and Dijon mustard. Rub Kitchen Bouquet over roast. Next, rub mustard mixture over entire roast. Make small slits in pork and insert small slices of garlic. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pork uncovered about 2-3 hours. Baste twice during cooking.
