BULGUR WHEAT BALLS 
1 c. bulgur
2 c. water
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
3 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt
Oil

Simmer bulgur and water for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed. Combine remaining ingredients (except oil) with bulgur. Mix with hands and form balls. Saute on oil.
