PUFFED WHEAT BALLS 
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

Combine sugar and Karo in 1 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Add vinegar; boil until it spins a thread. Pour quickly over puffed wheat which has been placed in a large bowl. Butter fingers and form into balls.
