"FREE TO BE THIN" ZUCCHINI | |
2 zucchini, sliced 1/4" rounds 2 tomatoes, sliced 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 oz. cheddar, grated 1 oz. Mozzarella, grated Place zucchini in bottom of skillet. Top with tomatoes and onion. Cover; cook over low heat until zucchini is medium tender. Top veggies with cheeses and finish cooking, uncovered until cheese is melted. 225 calories. One serving. |
