1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 c. flour
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients and drop from point of teaspoon. Cover small glass top with wet cloth, press cookies on well greased cookie sheet, and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
