INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
16 oz. cream cheese, soft
3 eggs, room temperature
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pie filling
Individual pie tarts (14) or 2 pie crusts

Beat eggs, then add softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Blend together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool and add pie filling. Makes 14 individuals or 2 pie shells. Freezes nicely.
