30 Nabisco vanilla wafers
30 foil cupcake papers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (12 oz.) cans cherry pie mix

Combine cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Place foil cupcake papers in muffin tins. Place on wafer in each flat side down. Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. DO NOT BAKE LONGER. Cool. Top with pie mix.
