INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Approx. 20 vanilla wafers (cookies)

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, beat in vanilla and eggs, fold in sour cream. Line cupcake tins, place 1 vanilla wafer in each, pour cheese filling in, bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with topping of your choice either cherries, blueberries or strawberries.
