INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar

Cream 1 cup sugar, vanilla and cream cheese together. Add eggs, one at a time and blend until smooth.

In foil cupcake papers (do not use paper liners) fill 1/2 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until set, but not browned. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.

While waiting mix sour cream and cup of sugar (granulated) in small bowl. Put 1 tablespoon on top of each cheesecake and return to oven for 5 more minutes. Put approximately 32 foil liners on large cookie sheet. Not necessary to use cupcake tin. Bake all at the same time.
