POPULAR BREAD STUFFING 
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 1/4 c. butter
16 c. bread cubes
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 c. broth from cooked giblets or
4 c. water with 2 bouillon cubes

Brown onion and celery in butter. Mix bread cubes and seasonings. Pour on the broth and butter mixture. Stir lightly to blend. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until lightly brown on top.
