STUFFED FRENCH BREADS 
2 lbs. ground beef (turkey)
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. mild cheese
2 pkgs. Pee Wee French bread
Chopped bell pepper
Celery
Onion
Green onion
Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
Garlic powder
Tony's Creole Seasoning
Black pepper

Saute seasonings in butter until tender. Cook meats and drain grease. Add seasonings. Mix bread crumbs and eggs. Mix until well blended and cool. Add shredded cheese to cooled meat mix. Hollow Pee Wee breads. Stuff with meat mixture. Drop ends in bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Freezes well - let defrost completely. Reheat at low setting (warm). Better than microwaving.
