"KEY LIME PIE" 
1 can condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/2 c. lime juice
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Beat 1 egg white stiff. Mix 4 egg yolks, lime juice, condensed milk and fold in the egg whites you just beat.

MERINGUE TOPPING: Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar.

Put into baked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until egg whites are golden brown.
