APPLE - PECAN BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped apples

Melt butter. Add sugar and eggs. Stir well. Now add the dry ingredients which have earlier been sifted together. Beat together well. Lastly, fold in the chopped nuts and apples. Bake in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.
