“HALLOWEEN SPOOK CAKE” IS IN:

HALLOWEEN SPOOK CAKE 
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. box dark brown sugar

Cream together butter and brown sugar. Then add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Whisk together to mix:

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour (regular flour remove 2 tbsp. per c.)
2 tbsp. apple pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Add the flour mixture alternately with (either). Cake batter will be very thin. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 15-inch pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.

Use white icing with food coloring (orange color).
