2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cream
5 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
Salt
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup cream, salad oil, 3 eggs, dash of salt, baking powder, and 3-4 cups flour. Take small ball and press into a well-oiled pie tin.

TOPPING:

Mix 1 cup cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 eggs well.

In separate bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add about 3 tablespoons filling to each pan, top with about 1 tablespoon cinnamon-sugar mixture. May add crushed cookie crumbs. Bake about 10-15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
