MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. pecans, chopped finely

Cream butter. Add sugar and remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls. Bake at 328 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar when hot and again when cold. Yield: 2 dozen. Press hard to roll firmly. Add flour by hand.
