DELICIOUS TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 x 11 x 1 1/2 inch cookie sheet. Combine in saucepan, butter, water, cocoa. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, salt and beat. Add sour cream, soda and eggs. Mix until blended, pour into prepared pan. Bake 22 minutes or until done. Don't cook more than 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and spread on cooled cake. Cake will be thin, but good.
