HOPSCOTCH CRUNCHIES | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 (3 oz.) can or 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 c. miniature marshmallows Melt over hot (not boiling) water the butterscotch morsels and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Remove from heat. Stir. Stir in the chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill until set. Makes about 30. |
