CHOCOLATE CHERRY CREAMS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. cut up & drained maraschino cherries
1 1/4 c. coconut

Melt chocolate and evaporated milk over low heat in 2 quart saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, nuts and cherries until well mixed. Chill at least 1 hour until firm enough to handle. Roll into small balls and then roll in the coconut. Chill about 4 hours and keep chilled. Makes about 30 depending on the size.
