STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 peppers, hollowed out
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced small
2/3 c. cooked rice
2 c. tomato paste
5 cans water
2/3 c. sugar (approximately)

Stuff peppers: 1/3 cup rice, 2/3 cup beef. Salt and pepper. Pour over peppers solution of sugar, paste, water. Cook in roasting pan at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
