FROZEN CUCUMBER 
2 qt. cucumbers
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Peel and slice cucumbers thinly-onion sliced thin. Mix salt with vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours, then drain off juice. Add sugar and vinegar. Refrigerate for 24 hours once more. Put into containers and freeze.
