PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
4 c. bread crumbs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut

Beat eggs, add sugar, milk and butter, and undrained pineapple and coconut. Add bread crumbs. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until lightly browned and not juicy.
