MARTABAK 
1/2 lb. hamburger
6 lg. eggs
6 stalks green onion
1/2 med. onion, sliced
Wonton wraps
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Accent (MSG)
1/3 tsp. salt

Saute sliced onion in oil until soft. Mix in hamburger, nutmeg, white pepper, Accent and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in 3 slightly beaten eggs. Set aside to cool. Mix in the other 3 eggs and chopped green onions just before wrapping the mixture. (Use 2 wonton wraps for each Martabak). Drop 1 tablespoon onto one wrap and cover with another wrap. Wraps will hold together if you dampen all four edges with water. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
