QUICK PEPPER STEAKS 
1 lb. cube steak
4 green peppers
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 env. brown gravy mix
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut 1 lb. cube steak and 4 green peppers into 1/2 inch strips. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 cup water, 1 envelope brown gravy mix and 2 tablespoon soy sauce. Cover, simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
