QUICK PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. cube or minute steaks, cut in 1/2" strips
6 lg. or 10 sm. green peppers, cut in 1/2" strips
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 env. French's Brown Gravy Mix
Cooked rice

Brown steak and pepper strips in oil in large skillet for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water and soy sauce, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until peppers are tender. Stir in contents of gravy mix envelopes. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
