QUICK PEPPER STEAK 
1 round steak (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 onion, sliced or chopped
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. butter
Salt, pepper, garlic salt & celery salt

1. Brown steak in butter, salt, pepper, garlic salt and celery salt to taste.

2. Add soy sauce, oregano, parsley and cornstarch.

3. Simmer until meat is tender.

4. Add green pepper and onion over meat. Add can of tomato sauce.

5. Cook until green peppers and onions are tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
