FLOUNDER IN WINE 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Place fillets in greased 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange tomatoes on top. Pour wine over all.

Sprinkle with basil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes more.
