SOLE OR FLOUNDER 
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 fillets
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. carrot sticks (2 carrots)
1 c. celery sticks (3 ribs)

Mix orange juice, malt vinegar and soy sauce. Center fillet on greased foil. Arrange vegetables in 3 piles. Spoon sauce over all. Fold foil into packet. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice and garnish with orange slices.
