CHOCOLATE - CARAMEL LAYER BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients. Reserve 2 cups and press the rest into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 4 tbsp. flour

Combine. Spread on top of crust.

Sprinkle on top of caramel

Sprinkle on top and pat down. Bake another 15 minutes. Cool, cut and refrigerate.
