KATHY'S EASY CREAM CHEESE EASTER
EGGS
 
1/4 lb. solid margarine (no substitutes!)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 (1 lb. ea.) boxes confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. Form into candy "egg" size balls and let set on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet in a cool place overnight.

Coat with chocolate, if desired (melted Almond Bark works good for this).
