SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. bread crumb mix
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
Olive oil
1 pt. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti
Parmesan or Romano grated cheese

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt, shape into 16 balls. Heat oil in a skillet, add meatballs and brown well on all sides. Pour meatless spaghetti sauce over meat; simmer, covered about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Pour meatballs and sauce over spaghetti; sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
