BIG BATCH SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND
MEATBALLS
 
6 (1 lb. 6 oz.) cans Savoy or red pack tomatoes (crush lightly in blender)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 c. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Simmer 2-3 hours.

MEATBALLS:

Soak 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs with 1/2 cup water.

Add: 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano Salt, pepper

Cook well in skillet. Add to sauce.
