SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 lb. sweet sausage or chicken sausage
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 pkgs. beef bouillon
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. carrots
1 c. onions, sliced
1 c. celery
1 c. zucchini
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Grated cheese

Cut up sausage and brown it in a frying pan. Remove sausage and drain fat. Put tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, bouillon, and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil. Turn it down to simmer. Add vegetables, seasonings, and sausage. Cook for 1 to 3 hours (the longer it cooks the more tender the vegetables get). Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
