CHEESE-CAKE BARS 
CRUST:

10 tbsp. butter
2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar

CHEESE CAKE:

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
Cinnamon (optional)

Make a day ahead.

For crust, cream butter and sugar together. Mix in 2 cups flour. Put mixture in 9x13 inch pan; pat down lightly. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

For cheese cake, blend sugar and cream cheese together. Add eggs, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla. Beat above well. Spread over crust and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

For topping, lightly sugar, sour cream, but leave slightly sour. Add sprinkle of cinnamon. Spread this over cheese cake filling. Put back in oven 2-3 minutes to melt. Just before serving, place 1/4 or 1/2 strawberry on each piece.
