LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. box lemon jello
1 c. hot water-dissolve jello and let jell
2 c. cool whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. bottle olives, sliced
1/4 lb. pimento cheese slices (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all the above ingredients together. Stir jello with fork and add the rest to jello and chill overnight.
