KING RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. (12) flour tortillas
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chili and green peppers
1 can chicken broth

Boil chicken. Debone and retain broth. Cut tortillas in quarters. Layer: half chicken, half tortillas, half onions, half cheese, half soup, broth and chilies. Layer in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake for one half hour at 350 degrees.
