PEAR CONSERVE 
1 orange
2 lemons
5 c. peeled & chopped pears
2 c. raisins
5 c. sugar

Run orange and lemon through the food grinder, using the coarse blade. Combine ground fruit with chopped pears, raisins and sugar. Cook slowly until thick. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.

Makes 3 to 4 pints.
