BEEF STEAK PANE 
Oil
Onions
Garlic
Lemon juice
Bread crumbs
Egg
Milk

Season meat with onions, garlic, lemon juice. Let it sit for 1 hour. Beat egg in 1 bowl. Pour Carnation milk in another, put bread crumbs in the third one. Dip slices of meat in #1 bowl, #2 bowl and #3 bowl. Then in hot oil, fry both sides. Serve with your own gravy.
