PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 1/2 c. milk
40 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 boxes pistachio pudding
2 cartons Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Roll out crackers - mix with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees (9x13 pan). Mix ice cream and pudding. Pour over crackers and top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Freeze overnight.
